About

Allen-Field School is a safe, respectful, and responsible environment where excellence is nurtured. Each of our students is prepared to succeed socially, emotionally, and academically.

At Allen-Field, we are committed to guiding students to become successful learners—both in school and in the world around them. We believe that through strong partnerships among families, educators, and community members, our students will grow into the leaders of tomorrow.

We foster a safe, positive academic environment for our students. With our small class sizes, we can work to make sure everyone’s individual needs are supported. High expectations are the standard for all students, and our diverse school community is one of our greatest strengths. We create learning experiences that respect, reflect, and celebrate our cultural and linguistic diversity.

Students in both our bilingual and monolingual programs receive research-based instruction that builds a strong academic foundation. In addition to core subjects, students participate in art, music, and physical education. They are taught by certified specialist teachers, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. We also help them develop the 21st-century skills they need for lifelong success

Bilingual Program (Spanish and English)

Half of our students participate in our bilingual dual language program. Spanish speakers preserve their native language while learning English and receiving support from English as a Second Language (ESL) specialists. The program aims to achieve Spanish and English proficiency while supporting bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural competence.

Traditional Monolingual Program (English only)

The other half of our students participate in a traditional monolingual program with all classes in English. Please note that we do not offer ESL services for students in the English-only program. Families of students who speak languages other than Spanish or English should contact (414) 475-8159 or  [email protected] for information about enrollment at other MPS schools.
