Cantos de las Am\u00e9ricas is an annual arts celebration that honors the many cultures of MPS students. At Allen-Field, third through fifth graders participate under the direction of our parent coordinator. Families enjoy a districtwide artistic performance that showcases the splendor of dances, art forms, and music from a variety of cultural heritages. In the past, this event has featured students performing songs and dances from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe, as well as Hmong, Laotian, and Native American cultures.<\/p>\n
