The Lynde and Harry Bradley Technology and Trade School Safe Place provides after-school enrichment activities to ninth- through twelfth-grade students at Bradley Tech.
Open Monday through Thursday from 3:25 to 6:00 p.m., the program provides structure and supervision by following a 1:15 staff: child ratio. The Safe Place supports Bradley Tech’s student-achievement and learning goals by offering enrichment activities that prepare youth for college, and career success:
- Academic support
- Hands-on learning
- Leadership development
- Summer camp
The Bradley Tech Safe Place is led by three partners:
- Milwaukee Recreation
- Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee
- Lynde and Harry Bradley Technology and Trade School
Costs
Milwaukee Public Schools Safe Places charge a nominal program fee, and most Safe Place programs accept Wisconsin Shares childcare subsidies. The inability to pay fees or to receive Wisconsin Shares authorization cannot be a barrier to participation for students.

Registration and Information
Parents/guardians can complete Safe Place Youth Participant Registration and Emergency & Health History forms in advance, or get copies on-site. Completed forms must be submitted to the Bradley Tech Safe Place. Additional forms may be required as part of the registration process.
