Milwaukee Art Museum
The Milwaukee Art Museum collects and preserves art to inspire and educate. It is a premier educational resource with programs that involve classes, tours, and a full calendar of events for all ages. Third through fifth graders at Burbank participate in the Milwaukee Art Museum Junior Docent School program.
Reading Corps
Reading Corps partners with the National Science & Service Collaborative on an evidence-based tutoring model that enables students to catch up—even when they are years behind. Tutors support our students with one-on-one or small-group instruction that is tailored to each learner’s needs.

UW–Milwaukee (UWM) provides affordable, world-class education to 23,000 students from 86 countries. Students from the UWM School of Education complete student-teaching hours at Burbank.
