Hello Burdick Families,
School Engagement Council (SEC)– This is the perfect group to join if you want to know the ins and outs of Burdick. Let your voice be heard and be part of the shared decision-making process. At monthly meetings, we discuss topics including academic achievement, budget and planning, and district policy. Our first SEC meets on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Burdick library. Childcare will be available. The agenda for the SEC meeting will be posted on the Burdick website the week prior to meetings. Future meeting dates will be determined at the meeting.
Family-Teacher Team (FTT)– If your talents are geared towards fundraising and planning school events including the annual Burdick Fall Fest and Teacher Appreciation Week, join us at the monthly Family-Teacher Team meetings. The FTT meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Burdick Library. Childcare is available. The 2024-2025 meeting dates will take place on:

February (TBD due to no student attendance on the 2/18)

April 15
May 20

At this time, our first SEC meeting is scheduled to take place in-person on Tuesday, September 10 at 6:30 p.m. We will discuss the results of this survey and schedule future meetings based on the data we receive.
