Our school uniform creates a sense of unity and helps keep students focused on character development and academic achievement. Lowey 21st Community Learning Center at Clarke Street School<\/a> provides after-school programming to K4 through eighth-grade students in partnership with Milwaukee Recreation and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center at Clarke Street School provides academic enrichment, homework help, social-emotional learning, arts programming, and nutritious meals and snacks to
