Alexander Hamilton High School partners with local colleges and universities to offer dual enrollment opportunities, college access programs, and more.

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC)

MATC is a two-year institution that offers more than 170 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. MATC has numerous transfer partners, including pathways through guaranteed admission agreements with four-year colleges and universities. MATC offers dual enrollment courses to MPS students through Start College Now, MATC Transcripted Credits, and the M3 (M-Cubed) College Connections program.

University of Wisconsin–Green Bay

UW–Green Bay is the fastest-growing UW school in Wisconsin. With campuses in Marinette, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Green Bay, their mission is to teach all who wish to learn. UW–Green Bay partners with Hamilton through the UW–Green Bay GEAR UP Rising Phoenix Early College High School Program.

University of Wisconsin–Madison

UW–Madison is an exhilarating campus with almost 48,000 students from all 50 U.S. states and around 6,000 international students from over 130 countries. Hamilton students can participate in UW–Madison’s Precollege Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence (PEOPLE).

University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM)

UWM provides affordable, world-class education to 23,000 students from 86 countries. Along with MPS and MATC, the university is one of three lead partners of the M3 (M-Cubed) initiative. They also host the federally funded TRIO and Pre-College programs, which promote academic excellence and college access for underrepresented students.
