Uniforms<\/h2>\n
Scholars are required to wear a black Dr. King School polo shirt and khaki or black slacks or skirt. Every scholar receives one free polo shirt. No ripped or tattered clothing is allowed.<\/p>\n
School Community Partnership for Mental Health<\/h2>\n
Since 2009, the School Community Partnership for Mental Health has provided intensive, on-site mental wellness programs and mental health services to scholars and families in Milwaukee Public Schools. The partnership began in just four schools and has expanded to nearly 40 schools, including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School.<\/p>\n
