School Hours

Expert educators and advanced learning technology in every classroom help students build math, literacy, and tech skills. Guided by our IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), Lowell students research global cultures, climates, and histories, and make natural connections between the people and places they study and their own lives and experiences.

Lessons and hands-on learning experiences in Spanish, the arts, physical education, and social and emotional wellness promote curious and confident learners. Our students apply new knowledge and skills to real-world situations and pursue their interests in research and service projects. They develop communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to meet challenges with optimism and open-mindedness.

Lowell School students also understand the power of play. They flex their social skills and artistic abilities in after-school sports and clubs. Family engagement strengthens our school. Parents and caregivers are volunteers, members of our School Engagement Council, and Lowell Dolphins’ fans and coaches in basketball, soccer, and more.

With parents as partners, Lowell International Elementary School prepares students for today, tomorrow, and to make the world better. Begin your journey with a school visit.
