It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as principal of this incredible school community. With more than 30 years in Milwaukee Public Schools—including five years here at Marshall—I remain deeply committed to creating a safe, engaging, and academically rich environment where every student can thrive.

At Marshall, our strength lies in our diversity. We are a vibrant, multicultural school united by a shared commitment to excellence, respect, and growth. Each day, we strive to energize both students and staff through meaningful learning experiences in a clean, safe, and supportive setting. Just as importantly, we are dedicated to recognizing and nurturing the unique potential of every student who walks through our doors.

That commitment comes to life through innovative programming that connects classroom learning to the real world. Through Junior Achievement’s 3DE program, students engage with authentic business challenges and work collaboratively with industry professionals to develop creative solutions. In our NAF Academy of Health Sciences, they explore careers in healthcare using hands-on, real-world case studies. These opportunities not only deepen academic understanding but also build the critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills students need for success in college, career, and beyond.

Learning at Marshall extends well beyond the classroom. Our newly renovated gymnasium, along with our partnership with Milwaukee Recreation, provides students and families with access to enriching after-school and weekend programs. This programming strengthens both school spirit and community connections.
