Visit

Milwaukee German Immersion School welcomes visitors, whether you are joining us to see if we are the right school for your child, to discuss your student, to volunteer, or to attend an event or family resource program.

We believe that our students learn best when our families, our staff, and the community work together to support them. We look forward to welcoming you to our campus!

  • Wear/display the MPS Visitor Pass at all times while in the school.
  • Be escorted to and from the requested location.

  • Visitors are limited to TWO per student for meetings, conferences, and classroom visits unless approved by the building administrator or designee.

Tours

MGIS hosts Night Tours once or twice each year for prospective parents and students. Tours follow an open-house format: Families visit classrooms and standout facilities like our renovated schoolyard and newly furnished K4 and K5 classrooms. They can meet teachers and learn why a second language can be the gift of a lifetime.

Contact the main office at (414) 393-5600, or contact our Parent Coordinator, Ed Possing, at (414) 393-5604 to schedule a tour.
