Scrip fundraising is an effective, convenient, and no-pressure way to earn money for Milwaukee German Immersion School.
Let your household gas, grocery, and dining-out dollars do the work by shopping at retailers and restaurants who support local schools. Instant rebates from places like Home Depot, Starbucks, and Woodman’s Markets return a percentage of your purchase to MGIS.
How Does Scrip Work?
Buy gift cards at face value from 500+ participating businesses. Use your gift card when shopping. Retailers reinvest anywhere from $1 to $10 to MGIS PTA.
- Starbucks offers a 7% rebate ($1.75 for MGIS PTA on a $25 card).
- Chili’s offers an 11% rebate ($2.75 for MGIS PTA on a $25 card).
How Do I Start?
Visit shopwithscrip.com to see the full list of retailers.
Stop by the MGIS Scrip Table on Thursdays from 3 to 4 p.m. to place your order, download a Scrip order, and/or browse a limited supply of cards for on-site purchase.
- Deliver a check or money order, payable to MGIS PTA, to the school office in an envelope labeled Scrip Order. Get your cards the following week at the Scrip Table.
- Or create a SCRIPNOW account to purchase and pay on your phone.
