Teachers share invites with parents\/guardians at the beginning of the school year. To join ClassDojo, contact our main office or reach out to your child\u2019s teacher for their individual classroom code.<\/p>\n Our parent coordinator puts together a monthly newsletter for families to highlight what is happening at Morgandale. View recent editions:<\/p>\n We provide many opportunities for student and family engagement throughout the school year. Some events are designed to celebrate individual students, such as our perfect attendance celebrations. Other schoolwide events include:<\/p>\n We encourage everyone to attend and participate! You can find all upcoming events on our calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n Monthly meetings of the Family Leadership Organization (FLO) promote family engagement. These meetings are an important way to get involved at Morgandale, ensuring that parents and family members can participate in discussion and decision-making that puts our students\u2019 needs first.<\/p>\n Regular fundraisers help support our school, and another easy way to provide support is through the Box Tops for Education program. By purchasing participating products and scanning receipts in the Box Tops app, families help provide funds for Morgandale. Every eligible purchase adds up, making everyday shopping a simple way to give back.<\/p>\n Family participation is highly encouraged at Morgandale.<\/strong><\/p>\n Family involvement leads to improved test scores; higher self-esteem; and better grades, attendance, and behavior for children.<\/p>\n You can help your child succeed in school!<\/strong><\/p>\n Morgandale School is waiting for your help! Parents and guardians are always welcome and encouraged to donate their time to support our school.
