This month’s IB Focus on the IB Learner Profiles. Each month in the school, we focus on one of these Learner Profiles to assist our students in building good character.
As we share with students, we ask you the Parents, to share with your children to help them walk out through character traits in and outside of school. Parents, speak with your children on the importance of the character trait and if you can take a couple of minutes to fill out a parent feedback survey that helps to learn how to better support our students at home. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our IB Coordinator, Dr. Erika M. Ashford at 414-393-3522 or ashforem@milwaukee.k12.wi.us.
Learner Profile Focus: Open Mindedness- An OPEN-MINDED student knows that all people are different. They listen to the points of view of others and consider many possibilities before making a decision. They celebrate the differences that make all people unique.
