Congratulations 6th Grade Morse Students in the National History Day competition
Our 6th grade students have achieved outstanding success at the National History Day competition held at UW-Milwaukee over the weekend! March 8, 2025. After a fiercely contested battle among schools across the district, official results released this morning confirmed that our Junior Performance team has qualified for the Regional National History Day competition, which will be held in Madison on May 3rd, 2025. This is a significant accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of our students.
Congratulations to the incredible team: Amadou Sow, Charlote Sparks, Lyric Moore, Ariana Bledu, Mellisa Xiong, and Abdi Iddris. They will be representing Morse Middle School and MPS at the regional level, and we couldn’t be prouder!
Let’s rally behind them as they prepare for the next stage of the competition.
