Middle and High School: UW- Whitewater Summer Academic Camps
This summer, MPS is partnering with UW–Whitewater to provide residential camp opportunities for middle and high school students. Each of the camps is listed below, and you can learn more at Precollege Programs of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
All camps are overnight (residential) and held in person.
• STEM Training for Early Engagement and Readiness (STEER)

• The Great University Adventure
o Grades 6–12 o July 9–14, 2023
• Global Awareness Projects for Sustainability (GAPS)
o Grades 6–12 o July 9–14, 2023
• Inclusive Leadership Adventure

o July 16–21, 2023
Students should apply online for UW–Whitewater Summer Camps 2023 Information and rank-order their choices one through four. Space is limited, and students will be admitted on a first come, first-served basis.
Please have students complete the form if they are interested in participating in a camp this summer. Students will also need to complete UW–Whitewater’s official summer application.
