MPS Launches Website to Gather Feedback, Share Information about Long-Range Facilities Master Plan

July 29, 2024 | News

Milwaukee Public Schools continues its work studying district buildings and gathering public input to ensure district learning spaces meet the needs of students and the community.  Today, the district, in partnership with its consultant Perkins Eastman, launched a website to provide members of the community with enhanced information about its Long-Range Facilities Master Plan (LRFMP).

On the new website, Milwaukee community members are invited to take a survey, subscribe to updates, view the project timeline, and review frequently asked questions.

The new website is available here: https://www.mpsfacilitiesplan.com/

You will notice that some parts of the website are under construction. Updates will be forthcoming in the next few weeks with a significant amount of data that will help inform this process and the development of the plan. You can sign up for updates so you are notified as soon as new information is posted.

The Long-Range Facilities Master Plan is tied to the MPS 5-year Strategic Plan, which entered its second year on July 1. More information about the Strategic Plan is on the MPS website.
