MPS 2024 Transition Sessions (Dec 11)

We are looking forward to having are special education students, families, and staff attend our MPS transition Zoom meeting tomorrow December 11th from 12:00 to 12:45pm. We are hoping to have a good turnout for a final meeting of 2024. The better attendance we have the more likely we can continue to offer this service.

We will talk about how youth can:
• Build community connections and friendships after high school
• Find ways to get involved (Special Olympics, youth leadership, faith community, voting, joining clubs, etc.) and learn to be an advocate.
The Zoom meeting will start around 11:55.
