Please join us after school for our first meeting on Thursday September 11 from 3:30pm-4:15pm. We look forward to hearing from you of our next outdoor excursion. If you can&#8217;t make the after-school meeting, please talk to Ms Woo or Mr. Wells to let us know your interest and availability. \u2013 Ms. Woo<\/li>\n<li>Attention all <strong>middle school girls interested in playing basketball<\/strong>. Tryouts are being held on 9\/9 and 9\/11 at 7am in the gym. Please wear athletic clothes and shoes and bring water. \u2013 Ms. Nelson<\/li>\n<li>As the world forges forward into a digital future, there will always be a need for people trained to repair electronic devices. <strong>Computer repair techs<\/strong> can make from fifteen to thirty dollars an hour.\u00a0 Get a jump start on learning these skills and help out Hawk Nation at the same time.\u00a0 We are looking for several responsible and motivated HIGH SCHOOL students who are willing to learn to repair Chromebooks.\u00a0 The Chromebook repair team will be trained by MPS technology support and by official factory reps from Acer to keep our Chromebooks in good working order.\u00a0 There are limited spots, so come see Mr Smith in room 182 if you are interested.\u00a0 Training will occur in late September or early October.\u00a0 Serve your school and gain valuable skills on the Chromebook repair team. \u2013 Mr. Smith<\/li>\n<li>Good morning, Hawks.<strong> Do you Like to act?<\/strong> Have you always dreamed of being center stage? Are you a great artist? Or have an eye for costumes? Come to the Fall play interest meeting this Thursday, September 11th, after school in Mr. Bradshaw&#8217;s classroom, 141, to learn about the fall play and all of the ways that you could be involved. If you have any questions please see Mr. Bradshaw or Mr. Titus. We look forward to seeing you there!<\/li>\n<li>Thank you to those of you who signed up to volunteer with our <strong>recycling and gardening efforts<\/strong>. If you signed up to help with recycling, you will receive a pass to meet with Ms. Woo during 3rd hour on Wednesday 9\/10. Gardening volunteers will meet at a later date.
