Entering our second year, the educators of Milwaukee Virtual School are excited to now offer expanded enrollment to students in all of Milwaukee County. MVS is ready to serve families who are looking for virtual schooling that will meet the needs of their children.

Our virtual charter school continues to grow, providing even more students with flexible scheduling and layers of support, at no cost, starting with the 2026-27 school year. Milwaukee County residents will find rigorous academics at MVS for their students in kindergarten through grade 12.

MVS is designed to meet the needs of students and their families. We have:

• An NCAA approved curriculum that lets students move at their own pace in the comfort of home, all while meeting state standards
• Tutors to help with any subject when the student needs it
• Daily google meet check ins and live feedback via Go Guardian
• Access to learning without the worries of transportation or other concerns that can affect daily attendance

Milwaukee Virtual School makes clear to each learning coach — the adult in the home — and each student the expectations for academics and attendance. MVS also makes sure that coaches and students understand how we can support them.

In addition, MVS students will be able to socialize and build skills through Milwaukee Recreation activities. In person learning options continue to expand for our upperclassmen students. Please speak with your student’s mentor or counselor for more information.
