Even as a small child, Ms. Doxtater always thought of becoming a teacher. She enjoyed school greatly and loved learning new information. As a teacher, she hopes to instill a love of learning in her students and make a difference in their lives. She particularly enjoys the social studies disciplines and has taught a wide variety of social studies courses such as Citizenship, U.S. History, World History, Psychology, and many more. She is also licensed as a Reading teacher and has taught Reading classes at Pulaski High School.  Ms. Doxtater has been an MPS teacher since 2001 and has been teaching at Pulaski since 2006.

Outside of Pulaski, Ms. Doxtater is a mom and wife. As a family, they enjoy going to baseball games. In her downtime, she likes to read, cook, travel, and hang out with her husband, son, and dog.
