Ms. Sheikh has been a teacher for over thirty years and is currently in her 6th year at Pulaski High School as a Math teacher. She is currently teaching Pre-Calculus and DP Math Studies. Before joining Pulaski, she taught Mathematics at Salam School in Milwaukee since 2000. Over the years, she has taught Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, College Math, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and AP Calculus to high school students. She has particularly enjoyed teaching DP Math for the past three years and is now also teaching Pre-Calculus to 11th and 12th-grade students.

Ms. Sheikh holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Government College in Lahore, Pakistan, and a second Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UW-Milwaukee, which she earned in May 2007.

Outside of teaching, Ms. Sheikh enjoys cooking and organizing parties with family and friends. She and her husband, Jawwad, celebrated their twenty-first wedding anniversary this summer. They are also proud grandparents to a wonderful two-year-old grandson.
