He became a teacher because he wanted to continue his journey in education after college and share the knowledge he had gained and pursued throughout most of his life. It seemed like a fitting extension of what he had been doing all along. Mr. Dames has been pursuing this career for over twenty years, during which he has experienced both highs and lows.
