At South Division High School, we honor the multicultural and multilingual backgrounds of all our students, providing a safe and nurturing environment that prepares all students to be successful in high school and beyond. Our goal is to expose our students to an array of opportunities in all fields, with an emphasis on the education and health career fields to create lifelong leaders and learners in a changing world.<\/p>\n
As a community school, we believe in the power of strong partnerships with local businesses, universities and community organizations to provide the needed supports for our students as well as educational opportunities that are essential to get students ready for college, career, and life. Our flagship educational programs, including one of the largest bilingual (Spanish\/English) programs in the state, our International Newcomer Center as well as our distinguished NAF Academy of Health Sciences and NAF Academy of Education, provide an unparalleled educational experience.<\/p>\n
We have an exceptionally committed staff that is committed to continuous improvement and to providing a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where students can thrive. Our staff is committed to living up to the South Division values and traditions, including our \u201cShoulder to Shoulder\u201d motto.<\/p>\n
