A Focus on Agriculture
As the only urban agriculture high school program in the state, we offer students a rare opportunity to explore the science, business, and sustainability of agriculture without having to leave Milwaukee.
Nestled on the northwest side of the city, our campus spans 27 acres of working farmland. This creates a dynamic environment where students don’t just learn about agriculture—they live it. From cultivating crops to managing green spaces, students at Vincent gain hands-on experience that connects classroom learning to real-world agricultural practices. These opportunities help students develop responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and practical skills while exploring careers in agriculture, environmental science, sustainability, and related fields.
At Vincent, students can explore a wide range of agricultural specialties:
- Agribusiness & Entrepreneurship
- Animal Science
- Culinary Arts
- Environmental Science
- Food Science
- Horticulture
These pathways allow students to tailor their education to their interests while building valuable skills for college, careers, and leadership in a growing global industry.
