Dress Code
Hello, this is Principal Kuxhause from Washington High School.
To ensure a positive and focused learning environment, please review the following guidelines with your child:
- Appropriate Attire: Clothing should be neat, clean, and appropriate for a school setting. Tops must have sleeves and cover the midriff, and shorts and skirts should be of a reasonable length.
- Accessories: hats, hoods, ski mask are not allowed indoors unless for religious or medical reasons.
Students who do not adhere to the dress code will be sent home or asked to change into other appropriate clothing. Students who do not adhere to the dress code will be subject to appropriate consequences.
Additionally, please be aware of our student pickup policy. Parents and guardians must provide identification, such as a driver’s license or state ID, to pick up students from school. Students are released at 3:25pm, and to ensure a safe dismissal, there will be no student pickup after 3:00pm.
