Dear Parents/Guardians,

This is a reminder regarding our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences. We value your partnership in your child’s education and encourage you to participate.

Conference Dates & Times:

  • Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 3:30pm to 7:45pm (In-Person)
  • Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 3:30pm to 7:00pm (Virtual)

Scheduling:

  • Conferences will be held Virtually/In-Person/Both.
  • To schedule your conference, please our visit website (mpsmke.com/washington) or call 414-875-5900, reply with your preferred date/time.
  • The deadline to schedule your conference is Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 3:30pm.

Conference Format:

  • Each conference will last approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • During the conference, teachers will discuss your child’s academic progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
  • If virtual: a link will be sent to your email address provided.
  • If in person: Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure your conference begins on time.

Preparation:

  • Please review your child’s recent report card or progress reports prior to your conference.
  • Prepare any questions or concerns you may have for your child’s teacher.
