Maintaining our legacy and celebrating the next generation of Purgolder grads inspires the Washington High School Alumni Scholarship Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.2″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n Founded in 1961, the foundation keeps alumni connected and invested in Washington High School of Information Technology through events, digital databases, and more. Fundraising is the foundation\u2019s most important work, says current president Donna Rehbeck, Class of \u201967.<\/p>\n \u201cAwarding scholarships to worthy Washington High graduates is our hallmark,\u201d Rehbeck says. \u201cAs a volunteer association, we\u2019ve kept up this tradition for decades, including during the pandemic years.\u201d<\/p>\n Hallmark events include the foundation\u2019s annual alumni social, scheduled for May 2025. The foundation will induct new members to the Washington High School Hall of Fame in 2026.<\/p>\n New alumni will receive information from the all-volunteer, dues-free foundation shortly after they graduate from Washington. Participation opportunities are open to all and include:<\/p>\n The MPS Alumni Association is open to all MPS high-school graduates.
