Principal’s Message

Zannetta WalkerEach school year brings new beginnings filled with joy, hope, and promise. We are excited to welcome both new and returning students and families to the Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning (WCLL) community.

As a proud graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), I believe in the power of an MPS education. I am committed to creating a school culture where every student feels supported, encouraged, and challenged to succeed.

Throughout my 39 years with MPS, I have supported students and families in roles that included general assistant, paraprofessional, teacher, coach, and school administrator. These experiences—in elementary schools, alternative schools, community schools, and high schools—gave me a deep understanding of K–12 learning and the importance of meeting students where they are.

As I begin my second year at WCLL, I am honored to serve a school community that values collaboration, growth, and strong relationships with families. Our school views parents and caregivers as essential partners in children’s educational journeys. We look forward to working together to promote learning, growth, and success for all students. Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
