Programs

Supporting students’ academic performance, high school preparation, and social and emotional development are the focus of evidence-based programs and opportunities at Wedgewood Park International School.

First Nations Studies

Milwaukee Public Schools’ First Nations Studies program provides services at schools with concentrations of First Nations students, as well as resources and training to schools across the district.

Junior Achievement of Wisconsin

The Junior Achievement of Wisconsin program inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy. Junior Achievement of Wisconsin provides activities, guides, thought leadership and other resources to support age-appropriate learning about leadership, jobs, money and more. Lessons are organized according to the Milwaukee Public Schools Social Studies curriculum and are implemented in K5 classrooms, continuing through eighth grade.

Project Lead The Way

In our Project Lead The Way Engineering laboratory, Wedgewood educators implement a creative and challenging STEM curriculum designed by national education and engineering leaders. Students develop true technical skills, deeper problem-solving abilities, and explore careers in engineering.
