A WARM WELCOME FROM YOUR NEW ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL:

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students of MacDowell Montessori School,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as your new Assistant Principal, Michelle Ravin. I am eager to be part of the MacDowell Montessori School community and contribute to the continued success of our students.

With a strong foundation in Montessori education, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning. I am passionate about creating supportive and engaging learning environments where students can thrive.

In my previous role as the Student Support Teacher at Riley Dual Language Montessori, I had the privilege of working closely with students, teachers, and families to provide support and guidance. Before that, I served as the Principal of Penfield Montessori Charter School, where I gained valuable experience in school leadership.

I am excited to work alongside Dr. Roberson in supporting the K-6 grade band. These past few weeks I focused on getting to know our school community, students, staff, and a few parents. I look forward to collaborating with everyone to create a positive and enriching learning experience.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I am committed to working together to ensure the success of our students.

Sincerely,

Michelle Ravin

Assistant Principal

MORNING DROP OFF SAFETY

Elementary Families – Please use the car drop off line on 64th St.

Reminder: traffic moves North to South for all drop offs. For the safety of our students and drivers we ask that children are not dropped off across the street and then cross through the active car line. We all want the children to enter school safe and on time. To keep the flow going we make the car line a priority. If you desire to walk your child to the door please approach from the north and park down the street past the fence line. We thank you for your cooperation.
