9-12th Grade – NEW THIS YEAR!!  Walk-In Conferences

Monday, March 16th, and Wednesday, March 18th

3:45-7:30 PM

All high school teachers, with the exception of Ms. Schertz, Mr. Cabrera and Mr. Ash are WALK-IN CONFERENCES. No signing up ahead of time.

Parents are invited to attend the conference night that is convenient for their schedule. When parents arrive they will walk around to each teacher’s classroom they desire a conference with. If a teacher is in a conference there will be a waitlist form posted outside their door and have a seat in the hall. DO NOT put your name on the waitlist if you are not waiting outside the classroom. Parents are welcome to wait outside a teacher’s door or check in with other teachers, returning to any previously unavailable teachers. All conferences are limited to 10 minutes to maximize each staff member’s time. If a longer conference is needed, discuss with the teacher for a more appropriate time. If you would like to schedule a specific time, contact teachers directly.

These staff members will be unavailable due to coaching sports at these specific times:

  • Mr. Beams: 3:30-5:30pm 3/16 and 3/18

Please check your child’s schedule before attending conference night. If you are uncertain of the student’s teachers, ask the child or contact Ms. Bruce-Konuah prior to conference night.
