Conference Sign Up Spring 2024

Please view the sign-up and find a convenient time for you to meet with your child’s teacher. If these times do not work for you, please contact your child’s teacher(s) directly.

• Conferences are in person. 
• K3- 6th grade : ONE time slot per student.
• SignUpGenius will email you a reminder of your conference time 2 days in advance of your appointment. Please take note of your date and time and arrive promptly.
• Conference sign-up is first come, first served. Families may edit their own slots after they sign up. If you need help, please reach out to Parent Coordinator Gail Jaeger at mossergj@milwaukee.k12.wi.us
• Conference slots will remain open until the morning of each conference date, which will allow parents to switch their slots if something comes up. ***Any open conference slots will be closed the morning of each conference date and will become walk-in slots where families can meet with the teacher on a first come, first served basis.
• 7-8th grade families, please see the note about Student-Led conferences below.

7th-8th Grade

All 7th and 8th-grade students will present their Student Led Conference Project to their parents/guardians during Conferences. Please see the groupings below and sign up for one conference with your child’s group teacher. Please check with your child if you are unsure of their group. PLEASE NOTE: Mr. Steve, Ms. Schertz, Ms. Werner, and Mr. Lippert are available for follow up meetings, if desired, on a different day—not conference nights.
