About Camp MAM –

CAMP MAM (our after-school childcare for full-day students aged 5 to 12 years) will reopen on the first day of our 2024-25 school year and accommodate as many students as possible in relation to current staffing.  It will operate on school days from 2:25 pm to 6:00 pm.

We are requiring completion of this needs assessment of all interested families to determine how many students NEED Camp MAM (and on what days), and to maximize the number of students attending Camp MAM in relation to our Camp staff.

The CAMP MAM fee structure will continue to be a weekly charge of $125.00 per week for each camper, regardless of daily use and pick-up times ($25.00 per day for short school weeks).  We will also provide the option of having families purchase weekly enrollment of less than 5 days per week (if only needing Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays weekly – for $75/week – for example) and sibling discount options.

Steps to requesting enrollment in Camp MAM:
1. Complete Needs Assessment Survey ASAP  –  https://forms.gle/xKyWi57fiHkXHdJx5
2. Wait for confirmation of placement to be sent to you from Camp MAM staff (starting 8/27)
3. Complete the whole MPS Rec/Camp MAM registration packet and return it to school with all signatures and deposit – packets must be returned a minimum of 24 hours prior to starting Camp MAM to ensure the packets are complete and reviewed by Camp staff.   If you are confirmed and plan to use Camp MAM on the first day of school – your packet must be returned on or before 8/30.

Packets can be preemptively picked up at MAM starting 8/24 (yes, even before confirmations begin) and will continue to be available at MAM until Camp MAM capacity has been reached. Rec will let us know when these materials are also available online to print at home.
